Pay the appointment fee. An appointment fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied to your final invoice.
If you choose not to proceed, the fee covers the time and expertise provided during your appointment and is non-refundable.

After submitting your intake forms, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
